Welcome!! 💜
These two outfits I recently wore, are a very very modern twist inspired by Edwardian fashion. I’ve always adored the fashion from that time period (the years were between the 1890’s to about 1914).

Lace and gloves are a delicate combination I really admire. Taking from clothing and accessories I already have, I came up with a super pink ensemble! The pink lace top and cardigan are from Amazon; the skirt is a recent purchase from Forever21.

I made the red choker myself; I simply glued a rhinestone onto the elastic red ribbon. ❤️

Onto the next outfit; the above photo is another example of a signature Edwardian blouse. I did my own take on it using a vintage brooch I own and simply pinned it onto my blouse for an instant Edwardian flair!!

Overall, I really love how they each turned out!! My creativity has been coming forth very strongly lately through fashion. Which isn’t anything new for me, but with some additions lately like wearing gloves and adding vintage brooches.
‘Til next time!!

Gosh I love your style! very Edwardian 🙂 & beautiful! Love the lacey gloves

Both outfits are beautiful! I especially like the Forever 21 floral print skirt and the choker you made. The choker reminds me a little of vampire style, which makes sense since that was sort of an Edwardian thing 🙂 It’s cool how you included the pics of the Edwardian outfits from the web. It’s always interesting to see what inspires someone, and how you (they?) can go anywhere with it. Like you, I’m always amazed by the power of fashion as an artistic medium. The possibilities are endless, and the effect is about much more than clothes.
