Each year, when the month of October rolls around, I always look forward to making a date with myself to go to the pumpkin patch and just look at all the pumpkins, perusing the hay-filled aisles and enjoying the festive fall vibes. π
I decided to dress the part and go pumpkin, full-throttle. Unleashing my inner pumpkin beast, I brought out the big boys: pumpkin hair clips, a pumpkin hair barrette worn as a pin, aaaaaaand…I sewed pumpkin and candy corn patches onto my checkered skirt!

I absolutely loved my pumpkin outfit!!! π

Lastly, here’s another outfit I wore this past week that had a sugar skull theme. π

See ya next time!!

What a great Halloween-style fashion spread. I love the ghoulish hair ribbon, and el dia de los muertos vest and hair bow are to die for. π» π The skirts and shoes are lovely as well.

Way to make it reign pumpkins! You look absolutely adorable! My favorite piece in your first outfit is the skirt — that was so creative to sew on the pumpkin and candy corn patches! The effect is so striking and festive! And in your second outfit, I’m drawn to the colors of your sugar skull bow. The skull in the middle is especially cute. I hope you had a good time at the pumpkin patch; I know you added to its autumn charm!
On another note, thanks so much for your comment on my Pay It Forward Post. That’s so weird and wonderful that someone was literally paying it forward in the drive-thru at the same time you were reading the post! It’s nice to know that the universe is doing its thing. π β
