Shamrock Day

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!!

I’m decked out in green today and loving my outfit so much!

Wasn’t the above picture a great photo op or what?! I had those fake roses on hand and decided to take a shot of me holding them, since I’m wearin’ pink roses today and all.

I made a new ring last night; I called this one Springtime in Kyoto, and it’s going in my Etsy shop today. I was getting creative ideas a few weeks ago from travel books, and I was in awe of how beautiful Kyoto, Japan is and was inspired to make a statement ring with blossoms. ❤

I think this is like, the only green clothing I own. I really don’t own a lot of green attire, but I’m lucky to own this top and skirt that pair exceptionally well together!!

I blend into the garage door!!!

T-strap shoes are so delightfully retro, aren’t they?! This is another pair of shoes from B.A.I.T. footwear that I adore so much. They’re so ladylike and feminine.

I hope you all have a happy St. Patrick’s Day and are wearing some green! ❤

‘Til next time! Have a happy weekend!

Pink Yarn & Navy SEALs

Welcome back! 🙂

Crocheted rose pins have made a frequent appearance on my last few blog posts, I know! My sister has been so generous to voluntarily make me a few sets of them. The latest are these light pink roses that will go with a lot of my outfits!

I think these are my favorite! Soft pink is just one of those colors that I gravitate towards, as you all know by now if you’ve been following my blog long enough. 😉

Here’s a nice blurry hand photo…

These are my new favorite shoes, I think! I just got them from B.A.I.T. footwear,  and they’re a dream. They’re extremely comfortable and I really didn’t even need to break them in. I have a feeling I’m going to be wearing these a lot. ❤

I know I mentioned in my last blog post that I wanted the next book I read to be something on the Gulf War; however, I couldn’t find a whole lot to choose from on the subject matter. Perusing Barnes & Noble last night, it didn’t take long for me to stumble upon this one: The Last Punisher by Kevin Lacz. I’m already hooked!

Why am I so into military books, you might ask? Well folks, I live a very quiet, peaceful life. Imagine a quiet lake with no ripples on the water. I’m happy and feel blessed that I live such a peaceful life! However, some adrenaline-fueled reading is a nice change of pace to such tranquility. ❤

Have a greeeeat day!!! See you next time!

Hiiiiiiii. 😀

So it’s super cold now, and I decided to invest in a marginally warm jacket! It cost a mere $12!!! It was on sale at Forever 21 and I couldn’t let it pass. I really love this thing, disregarding how skeptical I was at first when I bought it! Glad I did!

The fuzzy factor was the selling point, and purple is a great color.

Is it just me, or does it have a 90’s feel to it? I’m not sure what it is exactly, but it does…and subliminally, it had me listening to a lot of Third Eye Blind, Goo Goo Dolls, and Nirvana at work today.

I must have had a fuzzy jacket or coat I wore growing up in the 90’s…? Who knows, but don’t I look so happy in the picture wearing this thing?

Look…it’s frost! Noooooooooooooooooooooooo…

A birthday treat I purchased for myself were some new shoes. I noticed one of my favorite burnt sienna-colored shoes are getting a bit worn out unfortunately, so I bought a new pair of shoes in that same lovely color that goes with so many outfits!

These are from B.A.I.T. footwear, which offers the cutest pairs of shoes I’ve ever seen in my life, honestly!!! If you’re into feminine, vintage-style shoes, well then, that is the place to check out!

Thanks for reading! See you next time! ❤
